Health and Well-being week - we tasted lots of delicious fruits!

We have celebrated the achievements of some of the members of Team One in Monday's assembly. Success in running and football - well done all!

World Book Day Activities

Rachel Greaves came to visit our school. We had lots of fun telling stories. We enjoyed using the different puppets. Our World Book Day costumes!

LOROS PE session

Our new topic: Where do I live?

We went on a treasure hunt looking for clues. The clues were about where we live. We worked in teams! We looked at maps of the local area. We found it really interesting! Later in the week we found out about England.
We had a fantastic time at Tamworth Castle. We found out about the Lord and Lady who lived in the castle, the types of jobs the servants did and how knights were trained. We found out lots of new facts and asked questions to find out more. Mrs Santy, Mrs Wigstead and Mrs Wainwright are all incredibly proud of Team One!

Our taster session of Judo!

We were very proud of our children in the Christmas performance!

We had a great time on our Christmas journey. We went on a train journey and we visited the North Pole, climbed a tree and went to Santa's house. At the end, we had a snowball fight! It was great fun!
To finish off our topic on 'What is a Circus?' we decided to put on a circus show, performing to the music from the Greatest Showman. We all chose the skill we wanted to perform and then we had great fun practising for our circus show. Mrs Santy and Mrs Wigstead were incredibly proud of the performance the children did for their parents, carers and grandparents. They were fantastic! Well done, Team One!
