Last week, you were given a little flavour of some of the different activities you could do. This week I will put a selection of different ideas for you to try. It might be that you continue with a series that you may have started. There are many different ways to keep moving and stay active- Just Dance, Saskia Dance, take the dog for a walk, go for a bike ride, yoga. These links are an idea to get you started. I am planning a live session (or two) this week as well.
