As we all know, physical activity is vital, not only to keep a healthy body, but also a healthy mind. There are many fitness ideas available to us as well as the obvious getting out and about for walks or bike rides etc. within your bubble. However I have chosen a range of activities which you might enjoy. Keep yourselves active- get your heart pumping and have a bit of fun!!
