Claes Oldenburg

Claes Oldenburg (born January 28th, 1929) is an American sculptor. He took inspiration from everyday, ordinary things, including things he could see on the street and in shop windows. He made 'soft sculptures' of these everyday items.

He is also well known for his GIANT replicas of everyday objects.

What everyday objects can you spot in the gallery below? Do you think this counts as art?
