 Moira Infant School was originally designed in 1963 to replace the old building on School Street in Moira. Our school is housed in a one-storey building consisting of three classrooms in the main building and a mobile classroom outside. The buildings are all set within large, landscaped playing fields that also include a wildlife area, making it perfect for environmental work and physical activity alike.
 Your children are offered a welcoming, caring, exciting education in a safe environment. Everyone associated with the School is valued and respected whatever their ability, race or gender. We are proud of the fact that we give the children the best possible start to their school careers and lay the foundations of education in every possible way, so that each child is equipped to face the challenges of future life.
 We are a small, friendly, caring school with a staff that is extremely experienced in educating children of this age. Each child is treated as an individual and we strive to build on not only their academic and sporting potential but also their self esteem and self confidence.
